Acticore1 is a digital, playfully designed training program to strengthen your pelvic floor. You can actively train the tone of your pelvic floor muscles and prevent impending problems such as bladder weakness or bowel problems.
The Acticore1 Pad comes with a Sensor Seat and is to be used in conjunction with the Acticore1 App and Ani, your personal coach. How does Acticore1 work?
Your pelvic floor consists of striated muscles with slow and fast muscle fibers. The goal of Acticore1 is to improve your endurance with the help of an individual training program tailored to you. The coordination exercises help to train the sensitive interaction of muscles and nerves of the pelvic floor.
Before the training you complete the ACTI test. It shows you how fit your pelvic floor is at the moment. It is the basis for developing your individual training plan. The ACTI test is automatically adjusted on a weekly basis, so you always have the potential to improve. As soon as you have reached a level, you move on to the next level - i.e. new exercises are added. ANI, the virtual coach always supports you reliably and is your personal motivator at the same time.
What does a workout like this look like?
You grab your handy pad, sit on it and complete six 1-minute exercise sessions daily. The Acticore1 app helps you keep an accurate track of your workouts. The cool thing about Acticore1 is that it will be easy for you to get your pelvic floor muscles in top shape, because the app was co-developed by game experts, so that your training is comparable to a short game unit.
